I don't have a time of birth for Stephen Paddock, the (presumed) perpetrator of the weekend's Vegas Concert Shooting, but even without it we can be fairly confident about where he probably fell on the political spectrum. This is relevant for reasons we will get into shortly.
Apollonian: Pallas ruler Venus conjunct Sun.
Dionysian: Pallas ruler Venus trine Pluto.
Ambiguous: Pallas square the nodes.
On "The Axis of Good and Evil"
this puts Paddock in the "Statist" quadrant, but the square with the nodes is a wildcard.
Venus/Second-House/Economics Capitalist: probably nothing (depends on birth time). Collectivist: Venus opposite Neptune.
Ambiguous: Venus ruler Mars square the nodes.
So, probably a Leftist economically. Moon/Fourth-House/Culture Conservative: probably nothing (depends on birth time). Liberal: Moon trine Neptune. So, very probably a liberal.
Pluto opposite Moon and trine Venus: Pluto with both the major feminine planets is a feminist signature.

Because his transits for the shooting are not the usual Pluto-to-Pallas configuration for homicidal criminals. Instead, we see transiting Jupiter opposite his natal Pallas, which is a transit which suggests ideologically motivated action. (We do have transiting Pluto tightly "squine" Pallas, so Pluto-to-Pallas is there.  So: he's probably a hardcore liberal, if he's political at all. He targeted a county music concert which is going to be peopled by conservatives. The liberal-leaning media has been legitimizing violence against conservatives this year, and they refuse to release the contents of what looks like a suicide note in his hotel room. Until we learn more, my leading theory is that he's a victim of "antifa syndrome", in which mentally unbalanced liberals are radicalized into violence against conservatives by CNN and other Soros-controlled media. This theory has already been put forth by non-astrologers such as Colonel Tony Shaffer. Then again, the hard transit from Jupiter to Pallas is common for suicides.
